IT Business Relationship Manager - Contract - Fort Worth, Texas

Proclinical is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to support Supply Chain IT operations for the U.S. and Canadian business. This role focuses on ensuring stable, compliant, and business-aligned technology outcomes across ERP and local application landscapes.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will partner closely with internal IT teams and external service providers to translate business needs into actionable requirements, coordinate incident management, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations and finance processes.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in IT operations or application management roles spanning multiple business functions, including Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and integration platforms like Boomi or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong accountability, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, build trust with stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving environments.

The IT Business Relationship Manager's responsibilities will be:

  • Support day-to-day IT operations for Oracle Cloud ERP and local applications, ensuring system health and stable business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to address operational issues and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for functional issues, enhancement requests, and process inquiries.
  • Communicate maintenance activities and system downtime to business users effectively.
  • Monitor system performance metrics, identify risks, and escalate technical issues with clear business context.
  • Ensure alignment with global standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate incident resolution, participate in major incident activities, and support root cause analysis.
  • Perform as an IT partner for Supply Chain Operations and Finance, converting business needs into functional IT requirements.
  • Conduct process analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in supply chain workflows.
  • Support ERP functions by managing testing, validating data accuracy, and ensuring process alignment.
  • Assist in release planning, change impact assessments, and validating functionality across environments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and improved system utilization.
