Proclinical is seeking a Technical Atlassian Consultant for a client that involves advising customers on Collaborative Workplace Solutions using Jira and Confluence, working on technical solutions such as setting up workflows and user directory connections. The successful candidate will coordinate the development and project management of intranet systems, knowledge platforms, helpdesks, and other digital solutions. Responsibilities of this role also include conducting customer workshops, providing technical support on major projects, and sharing your knowledge with the team.

Responsibilities:

Advising customers in Collaborative Workplace Solutions (based on Jira/Confluence)
Working on technical solutions, e.g. setting up workflows in Jira, creating user directory connections in Confluence etc.
Coordinating the development and project management of projects in the areas of intranet, digital workplace, knowledge platforms, customer portals, project platforms, helpdesks, ticketing systems
Conducting customer workshops to transform and document business requirements into technical requirements
Providing technical support in major projects
Share valuable knowledge with the team and become part of the Atlassian community

Key Skills and Requirements:

A degree in computer science, software development or a similar qualification.
Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira etc.)
Configuration of Atlassian tools
Communicative and exchange ideas with customers as well as with internal specialists and developers
Ability to write, read and speak fluent English and German.
