Proclinical is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Scientist to join our Potency Bioassay group.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will support routine potency testing activities, requiring analytical thinking and accurate documentation practices.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field, with strong hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture techniques
• Demonstrated precision in pipetting for serial titrations.
• Proficiency in sterile technique and cell maintenance is essential for the success of our bioassays.
• The successful candidate will assist with bioassay execution, data collection, and analysis of dose-response curves under supervision.
• Enjoys working in a laboratory-based role with strong support for skill and career development
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Associate Scientist: Potency Bioassays' responsibilities will be:

• Culturing mammalian cells and engineering cell lines
• Characterizing cells and reagents by flow cytometry
• Developing cell-based potency assays in 96-well
• Analyzing data and troubleshooting experiments
• Maintaining accurate and reliable records including electronic notebooks and all other pertinent documentation

Compensation:

• $40 to $48 per hour
