Proclinical are recruiting an Associate Director, QA, Responsible Person/RP for a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

Supervise GMP/GXP compliance to guidelines and the company's formed procedures and discuss CAPAs and action plans to country management and corporate quality.
Arrange the supply chain to prioritise lot release actions as per business requirements.
You will serve as the lead for preparing, arranging and managing GMP inspections.
Cooperate with the international quality organisation, weight and discuss quality and compliance risks when suitable.
Monitor and guarantee that a QMS is executed and upheld.
The ideal candidate will approve both commercial and technical contracts/agreements.
Guarantee that polices, international quality SOPs are executed rendering to the local GMP/GXP regulations.
Offer quality knowledge and guidance, direct local/regional quality actions.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a pharmacy, chemistry, biotech or any other natural science field.
Familiarity within a global setting and expertise on both global and local quality systems as well as guidelines and standards for pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
Acquaintance within a responsible person role or in a deputy position.
At least 5+ years of experience working within QA.
Influential and deliberation abilities.
Leadership capabilities.
A high attention to detail.
Works well both independently as well as in a team.
Works well while under pressure.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Identified as an expert resource for advice in any other divisions.
Fluency in the English language.
