Associate Director IT / Medical Affairs

Proclinical are recruiting for an Associate Director IT/Medical Affairs to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for exercising financial insight in project management, guaranteeing budget utilisation and steering projects toward fiscal goals.
• The ideal candidate will challenge an adaptive project governance structure, handling shareholders and enabling seamless cooperation.
• Monitor workstreams executing full computer system validation testing strategies, exhibiting comprehension of affiliated risks and challenges.
• You will create your own path in projects, bringing clarity to ambiguous roles and forming efficient working patterns.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in project management within regulated organisations, focusing on pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or chemicals.
• Competent in handling multifaceted technology and data-driven projects, particularly in international medical affairs.
• Capable in navigating unstructured settings with the ability to form working patterns and bring clarity to ambiguous roles.
• Familiarity with validated systems environments with comprehension of affiliated challenges and complexities.
• Exhibits ownership and active drive-in spearheading allocated projects and subjects, showcasing responsibility for both personal roles and project results.
