Proclinical is seeking an AP Strategy Lead to join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on defining and leading global artwork strategies across product portfolios, ensuring compliance and effective implementation throughout the product lifecycle. You will guide a team of strategists, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Belgium, UK, Germany, Switzerland

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement artwork strategies across global product portfolios.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Artwork & Packaging (AP) Strategists, promoting collaboration and excellence.
  • Oversee global portfolio planning and change assessments to ensure timely and compliant execution.
  • Act as the primary contact for Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations.
  • Address artwork-related deviations, complaints, and change controls, ensuring effective corrective actions.
  • Lead process optimization and digital transformation initiatives for artwork and packaging operations.
  • Stay updated on global and regional regulatory requirements and share insights with the team.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities and promote best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports for senior management, and uphold governance standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Expertise in pharmaceutical artwork and packaging strategy.
  • Proven leadership experience in a global or matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and supply chain processes.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
