Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Application Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of user support functions, including system installation and support, customer training, troubleshooting, and product maintenance. You will also be involved in system optimization and consultancy for both users and Proclinical personnel. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys new challenges and is empathetic to customers' needs.

Responsibilities

Installation and support on our systems
Providing customer training
Troubleshooting, sales, and customer support
Conducting software modifications and product maintenance
System optimization and consultancy for both the users and for Proclinical personnel
System setup and workflow design
Assistance with tender responses and product demonstrations
Liaison and assistance with third-party companies

Key Skills and Requirements

Experience in a lab setting, particularly with Clinical Chemistry and Immunology testing
Previous customer-facing role experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Empathy towards customers' needs
Adaptability and enjoyment of change
Eagerness to take on new challenges
