Proclinical is looking for an Analyst (Expert) to join our client's team on a contract basis. This position involves supporting R&D within the Global Technical R&D department. You will be instrumental in characterizing and analyzing small molecule drug substances and products, playing a key role in our innovative Radio Ligand Therapy projects.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, interpret, and report results of scientific experiments for drug substances and products.
- Write and review analytical documents, ensuring alignment within a global project team.
- Manage interactions with stakeholders and provide scientific guidance for outsourced activities.
- Identify and propose solutions for scientific, technological, and GMP challenges.
- Work in compliance with SOPs, GMP, Quality Directives, and Health and Safety guidelines.
- Contribute to analytical CMC documents and support regulatory submissions.
- Lead analytical activities, including impurity profiling and method development.
- Provide scientific guidance to cross-functional and global project teams.
- Foster a collaborative and inspired attitude within project teams and stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced degree in analytical chemistry or equivalent.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on GMP activities.
- Expertise in analytical documentation and broad scientific knowledge in chemistry.
- Proficiency with laboratory tools such as HPLC, LC-MS, and quality management systems.
- Strong scientific and technical writing skills.
- Ability to develop new methods and assess analytical techniques.
- Leadership skills in guiding and mentoring colleagues.
- Strong coordination, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
