Analytical Chemist

Proclinical is currently recruiting for an Analytical Chemist with a biopharmaceutical company located in North Chicago, IL.

Skills and Requirements:

• BS or MS (highly preferred) in scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering)
• Scientific understanding of the structure & function of proteins and their modes of degradation/stabilization.
• hands on expertise using analytical methods for chemical and structural characterization of protein pharmaceuticals e.g. HPLC, UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, particle analysis, and other biophysical techniques (UV-vis, DLS, DSC, etc.) for protein characterization

• Working with biologic molecules
• Stability testing
• Ability to work/think independently
• Lyophilization and formulation experience and iCIEF testing experience would be a plus
