Analytical and Pharmaceutical Development Associate - Contract - New Haven CT

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Development Associate to join a dedicated Analytical and Pharmaceutical team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on executing development studies for drug candidates and commercial products, supporting tech transfer activities, and preparing internal technical reports and presentations. This position offers an opportunity to participate in department meetings and team-building activities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of protein chemistry, chemistry, or biochemistry.
• Scientific and practical knowledge of protein chemistry or drug product processes.
• Experience in biotherapeutics development and understanding of biotechnology product life cycles and factors impacting protein molecule stability is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation used in protein pharmaceutical and analytical development.
• Knowledge of cGMP and quality guidelines is a plus.

The Analytical and Pharmaceutical Development Associate's responsibilities will be:

• Execute development studies for drug candidates and commercial products.
• Support tech transfer activities for internal manufacturing and contract manufacturing sites.
• Prepare and deliver internal technical reports and presentations on executed studies.
• Participate in department meetings and other technical and team-building activities.

Compensation:

• $30 to $36 per hour
