Proclinical is currently recruiting for an Administrator with a pharmaceutical company located in Norton, MA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaison between company & testing vendor
- Daily oversight of onsite nurses & handoff of samples to courier
- Ensuring nurses have the proper inventory of PPE equipment, cleaning supplies, etc.
- Send out daily AM/PM pick up samples
- Coordinating with staff for proper supplies
- Answering a variety of questions from employees/contractors about the testing program
- Helping new employees/contractors enroll in COVID testing program
- Participate in weekly vendor meetings on Thursdays
- Five days a week onsite - 8am - 4pm
- All other duties/responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent in work experience
- Must adhere to Covid policies
- 1-3 years in a working environment as a Project Manager
- Ability to multitask & be proactive
- People management
- Customer service oriented
- Adept in technology
- Resourcefulness
- Organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Background in Biotech/Healthcare a plus
