Accounts Payable Associate - Contract - Exton, PA and Lexington, MA

Proclinical is working closely with a pharmaceutical company who is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices. This position focuses on maintaining efficient accounts payable operations within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience in Accounts Payable, particularly in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries, is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Ariba and/or SAP is highly desirable.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Flexible and proactive attitude with a willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional work ethic and unquestionable integrity.

The Accounts Payable Associat's responsibilities will be:

Process lab supplies invoices in the accounting system (Ariba/SAP).
Collaborate with the receiving team to ensure corresponding goods receipts are posted before processing invoices.
Communicate with vendors and internal employees to resolve any invoice or purchase order issues.
Maintain monthly Goods Receipts/Invoice Receipts reporting and explain any unusual situations.
Prepare monthly accounts payable aging reports and reconcile them to the general ledger.
Assist with special projects as needed.

Compensation: USD 24 - 26 per hour
