Weigh & Dispense Associate III

Proclinical are recruiting for a Weigh & Dispense Associate III to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Solothurn.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the process against the recipe & MFG documentation.
• Conduct troubleshooting/investigation of equipment and process problems.
• You will revise documents as instructed, with the capability of equipment and/or process changes.
• Guarantee compliance to cGMP as well as maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Uphold training to the necessary level and support any other functions on site.
• Contribute to training actions, handling their individual training plan.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Familiarity with industry or process operator or technical craftsmanship.
• Knowledge in English at a B1 level with knowledge in German and/or French would be beneficial.
• Educated to a degree level from a chemical, food, pharmaceutical or biotech organisation.
• Know-how of biopharmaceutical technology and procedures.
• Capable of examining and troubleshooting equipment and procedure problems.
• Ability to follow and comply with processes and protocols.
• Able to make regular decisions based on gained experience.
• Comprehension of the needs in correct documentation in a cGMP setting within a timely manner.
• A trained and skilled individual within all operational and regulatory processes of weight & dispense division.
