VP Biometrics (US)

VP of Biometrics - Permanent - Remote within North America or Canada

Proclinical is seeking a visionary leader for the role of Vice President of Biometrics.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves driving the strategic direction of a globally dispersed Biometrics division, including biostatistics, programming, data management and medical writing teams. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, quality, and integrity in our clinical trial processes and will be instrumental in crafting and executing data analysis and reporting strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Biometrics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience leading global biometrics teams within a clinical research environment.
• Proven track record in developing and executing biometrics strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Superior communication skills.
• Commitment to customer-centricity and delivering exceptional service.

The VP of Biometric's responsibilities will be:

• Inspire and guide a diverse, high-performing team across biostatistics, data management, and medical writing.
• Build and maintain a results-driven, collaborative department.
• Oversee the delivery of all biometric services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
• Optimize resource allocation across projects, maintaining alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on product development, statistical design, endpoint specification, and sample size determination.
• Engage as a subject matter expert during business development activities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and through published works.
