Training and Development Specialist

Proclinical are recruiting for a Training and Development Specialist for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Waterford with the ability to work on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Be included within cross-functional projects within the areas of assistance and systems and compliance areas to execute new and/or improve current procedures.
• Recognise gaps or deficiencies and champion solutions at the job and organisational level to assist with organisation efficiency.
• Arrange further education procedure guaranteeing all programmed are linked to site goals and method and progression, offering assistance and advice to team members on educational prospects.
• Offer learning management system iLearn assistance to the site on reporting and best practices.
• You will carry out site training needs analysis guaranteeing training recognised is linked site business goals and site method, assisting with individual divisions' training requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a 3^rd level qualification in a HR/Training or scientific field.
• Computer literacy in office applications.
• At least 3- 5 years of experience working within a fast-paced office setting at a 'coordination' level.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of resolving issues.
• Are conscious of best practices in training systems.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.
• Presentation Skills and /or Training Qualification.
