Test Engineer R&D - on site (m/w/d)

Proclinical is seeking a Test Engineer for a Research and Development department. This role is focused on designing and implementing tests and experiments, reviewing and analysing specifications and test results as well as developing and maintaining test fixtures and automated test suites. The successful candidate will be working in the Plasma Control Technologies division, contributing to the production of specialized components for precise control of plasma processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tests/experiments
• Review and analyze specifications and test results
• Evaluate products according to specification
• Develop, improve, and maintain test fixtures/experimental set-ups
• Develop effective test plans/cases and execute test runs
• Document and report test and measurement results
• Develop, improve, and maintain automated test suites

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in RF engineering and measurement science
• Knowledge of script programming, preferably Python
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Diligent and systematic approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with agile working methodologies
