Proclinical is seeking a Technical Support Associate to join a dynamic team in Visp, Switzerland. This role focuses on supporting the development of innovative pharmaceutical products, including oligonucleotides, ASOs, siRNA, and radioligand therapies. You will play a key role in planning, performing, and documenting scientific experiments while collaborating with multifunctional project teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about pharmaceutical development and eager to contribute to cutting-edge advancements.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, perform, and document scientific experiments in collaboration with project teams.
- Provide raw data documentation, evaluate results, and propose input for designing subsequent experiments.
- Communicate and address challenges effectively, including conducting literature searches as needed.
- Contribute to the maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and infrastructure.
- Ensure all activities align with the overall drug development process and adhere to HSE rules and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of parenteral product development, process development, and formulation development.
- Experience with NBE, oligonucleotide, or radioligand therapy development is preferred.
- Proficiency with laboratory tools such as lyophilization, spray drying, analytical equipment, and autoclaves.
- Familiarity with software and computer tools relevant to the role.
- Basic presentation and scientific/technical writing skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
