Proclinical are recruiting for a Team Leader Product Management 80-100% (f/m/d) to join a medical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the entire life cycle of the allocated products.
- Guide a team with five personnel and arrange all concerns linking to the employees.
- Work on the development and execution of the company's product method.
- You will carry out market analysis to recognise market trends, customer requirements and competitors and react to them at an early stage.
- Serve as the main person to contact for all queries about the use of the company's medical devices.
- Collaborate with the development division to arrange the development of new functions and outline product needs and specifications.
- Perform training and presentations for internal and external shareholders.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level in a pertinent discipline and/or at least 5 years of experience working in a similar leadership role within the field of product management.
- Pertinent work experience within the development and execution of successful product methods.
- Interpersonal abilities.
- Expertise on the areas of regulatory affairs, product development and sales & marketing would be beneficial for the role.
