Proclinical are recruiting for a Team Leader Product Management 80-100% (f/m/d) to join a medical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for the entire life cycle of the allocated products.
Guide a team with five personnel and arrange all concerns linking to the employees.
Work on the development and execution of the company's product method.
You will carry out market analysis to recognise market trends, customer requirements and competitors and react to them at an early stage.
Serve as the main person to contact for all queries about the use of the company's medical devices.
Collaborate with the development division to arrange the development of new functions and outline product needs and specifications.
Perform training and presentations for internal and external shareholders.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a pertinent discipline and/or at least 5 years of experience working in a similar leadership role within the field of product management.
Pertinent work experience within the development and execution of successful product methods.
Interpersonal abilities.
Expertise on the areas of regulatory affairs, product development and sales & marketing would be beneficial for the role.
