Proclinical is partnering with a Medical Devices company who are seeking a motivated and passionate Software Team Lead to join their innovative development team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of technology, developing pioneering products for global markets. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in an international environment, with a culture that values creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and technical excellence. Hybrid work options are available (20% Home Office), along with excellent training opportunities and state-of-the-art work tools.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of innovative products from concept to market readiness.
Oversee and guide a team of software developers.
Engage in client-facing activities, including project marketing and sales.
Develop embedded software solutions using C/C++, Python, or Rust.
Implement and promote agile development processes.
Ensure the highest quality standards in all projects.
Balance risk and opportunity to achieve project goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Rust.
Experience in a leadership role or related capacity.
Fluency in German.
Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of embedded systems, connectivity solutions, and IoT services.
Strong client-facing and project marketing skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive technological advancements.
