Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary contract of 9-months. This role is integral to the company's Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise, focusing on sourcing and securing skilled talent for the operations sites in Ireland. The successful candidate will partner directly with hiring managers to support the selection and recruitment of professionals.

Responsibilities:

Lead full cycle recruiting activities for the three Ireland sites and support strategic talent acquisition projects.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage and convert prospects over the short, medium, and long term.
Conduct phone screens with prospective employees to ensure suitability for roles.
Manage the applicant tracking system.
Identify relevant data, insights, and trends for various business cases, including competitor landscape analysis, and develop metrics to gauge success.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create attractive offers to secure top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular communication to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates.
Foster a team-oriented environment with a growth mindset, sharing expertise with and learning from fellow team members.
Develop strong, professional trusting relationships with our business partners.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in a relevant field; a science or engineering background would be beneficial.
Proven relevant recruiting experience.
Previous knowledge of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently using your own initiative.
