Proclinical is seeking a Supply Chain Planning System Adoption Lead to drive the successful integration and use of planning systems within the Supply Chain team. This role focuses on structured change management and training initiatives to ensure effective system adoption. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT and Demand Planning, to facilitate smooth transitions and ongoing system support.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for system users.
- Conduct change assessments and create engagement strategies to ensure readiness.
- Support system sustainment through continuous learning and capability building.
- Collaborate with teams to produce detailed documentation and user guides.
- Oversee stakeholder communication and provide post-go-live support.
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimization and long-term success.
