Supply Chain Analyst - Contract - Fort Worth, TX

Proclinical is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support demand and supply processes, ensuring optimal stock coverage and delivery performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on short-term planning (0-3 months) and involves collaboration across various functions to meet business needs effectively. You will play a key role in analyzing sales data, coordinating projects, and driving improvements in forecast accuracy while maintaining operational efficiency.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel techniques (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of planning processes and their impact on operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- High personal integrity, teamwork orientation, and customer focus.
- Experience in the CPG, retail, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and replenishment models.
- Project management skills.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems for demand and supply planning.
- Self-motivated problem solver with attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
The Supply Chain Analyst's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with global counterparts to align on optimal supply plans using customer sales, inventory data, and promotional insights.
- Analyze sales data to identify deviations from forecasts and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, including new product launches and lifecycle changes, involving marketing, analytics, sales, trade, finance, IT, factories, and supply chain teams.
- Utilize demand and supply planning systems to enable efficient management and implement tools for increased operational efficiency.
- Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing past performance, tracking errors, and maintaining learning logs.
- Ensure stock availability at the right place and time to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock coverage, demand plan accuracy, vendor/customer performance, and execute corrective actions when needed.
- Participate in and contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
