Proclinical are recruiting for a Supervisor Reagent Manufacturing who leads a team of 7 employees for the filling of our reagents in Krefeld and guarantees the technical availability of the production lines and compliance of the applicable IVD regulations.

This position is part of the operations department, which is based in Krefeld and will site based.

You will be part of the Manufacturing team and report to the Sr. Manager Operations responsible for the Production at the Krefeld site.

Responsibilites:

You guarantee the production quantities according to the production plan and are responsible for the availability of the filling lines to ensure on-time delivery of the finished products (work in a 2-shifts system (6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m).
You are responsible for the capacity planning of the filling lines.
Execution of daily plant tours (Gemba-Walk) for the improvement of the production performance through corrective measures and to ensure the application of the GMP standards.
Use of Lean tools such as Problem Solving Process, 5S, 5-Why and Daily Management as well as compliance with the KPIs Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.
You prepare annual goals and development plans with your direct employees and are responsible for their implementation.
Identification of potential improvements in existing production processes and their implementation in collaboration with the team.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of work experience or master's degree with nmore than 3 years of professional experience or alternatively technical education in the fields of Chemistry or food industry or an engineer degree with relevant work experience.
Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry (GMP experience.
desirable) of a company in the medical technology (IVD), the food or chemical industry.
Preferably experience in lean manufacturing.
Fluent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English are required.
Management and team leadership experience and structured and solution-oriented way of working and as a hands-on mentality.
