Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Strategic Talent Sourcer with a pharmaceutical company located in Cambridge, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

Find unique ways to source and attract qualified candidates for open requisitions across R&D, Drug Development and Commercial.

Partner with hiring leaders, recruiters and HRBPs to understand the WHAT and HOW of each position and define the candidate identification strategy for each role.

Select & qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural add & motivational fit.
Serve as a SME and advisor in talent attraction to hiring leaders across the organization.
Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with our workforce plans.

Skills and Requirements:

5 + years of talent sourcing and/or recruitment experience in a corporate or agency/staffing environment dedicated to the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to creatively source talent utilizing Boolean search logic, job boards, associations, social media, and internet searches.
Strong knowledge of technology (ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
