Staff Pharmacist - Permanent - Littleton, NH
Lead safe, compliant pharmacy operations while delivering high‑quality patient‑centred care.
Proclinical is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join a dynamic team in the US. A strong understanding of USP 797, 795, and 800 standards is essential for maintaining product quality. This position requires effective leadership and workflow management to optimize team productivity.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will oversee pharmacy operations, train and develop pharmacy technicians, and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Skills & Requirements:
- Licensed pharmacist in the state of New Hampshire.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to serve clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and empathetic communicator.
- Energetic team player with discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
- Proficient in compounding preparations that meet quality, strength, and purity standards.
- Familiarity with good pharmacy practices, state regulations, and PCAB standards.
- Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform visual inspections.
The Staff Pharmacist's responsibilities will be:
- Direct and oversee pharmacy operations and technician activities within the department.
- Train, develop, and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with compounding techniques outlined in USP 797, 795, and 800.
- Process prescriptions using pharmacy software.
- Provide consultations to patients and providers regarding compounded and traditional medications.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow for technicians.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Report directly to the Pharmacist in Charge.
