Ready to be the heartbeat of clinical training? Join our client as a Training Specialist and assist in turning innovative science into life-changing care!

Proclinical is recruiting for multiple Training Specialists to support diagnostics-focused contracts across various UK locations. These roles involve delivering training programs within healthcare and clinical environments, with a strong emphasis on diagnostics. Immediate availability or the ability to start within one month is required.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and facilitate training sessions in a diagnostics context.
Prepare and adapt training materials to meet specific objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful training outcomes.
Travel to designated sites as required, including NHS facilities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation, particularly within diagnostics or related healthcare/clinical settings.
Strong organizational and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to mobilize quickly and work under inside-IR35 contract terms.
Willingness to travel to specified locations, including Scotland, South East England, and Northern Ireland.
