Sr Manager-AD Statistical Programmer - Permanent - Pasadena/San Diego, California

Proclinical is actively seeking a Lead Statistical Programmer for a permanent position based in California. This will be an on-site role located in Pasadena or San Diego.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on leading a team of statistical programmers, evaluating analysis plans, reviewing clinical data and developing analysis databases. The successful candidate will also be involved in performing statistical analyses, communicating project requirements as well as overseeing deliverables by consultants and service providers.

Skills & Requirements:

• Master's degree in Biostatistics or a related field.
• Experience in leading statistical programming teams.
• Proficiency with statistical software including SAS and familiarity with R Studio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the clinical development lifecycle, leading to regulatory submission and post-approval activities.
• Experience in interacting with and overseeing programming services provided by CRO vendors.
• Knowledge of cross-functional department roles within a drug development company.

The Sr Manager-AD Statistical Programmer's responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage the statistical programming team.
• Evaluate analysis plans to ensure the use of appropriate methodologies.
• Review clinical data formatted as SDTM datasets.
• Develop analysis databases (ADaM).
• Program study analyses and review study results.
• Perform ad-hoc and exploratory statistical analyses.
• Support manuscript preparation.
• Communicate project requirements for data cleanup and capture.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental standards, applications, and processes.
• Oversee statistical and programming deliverables by consultants and service providers.

Compensation:

• $160,000 - $210,000 annually
