Specimen Processor

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and friendly Patient Service Representative on a temporary contract based in Moline, Illinois.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role primarily focuses on providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of patient identification, billing, testing and specimen collection processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Experience in a customer service role would be advantageous, but not mandatory.

The Specimen Processor's responsibilities will be:

• Warmly greet and accurately identify patients in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Obtain necessary billing and testing information following established guidelines.
• Collect urine and oral fluid specimens for drug testing, adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Package and prepare specimens for shipping to the testing location, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.

Compensation:

• 25 USD per hour
