Solutions Specialist - Spanish/Italian

Proclinical are recruiting for a Solutions Specialist - Spanish/Italian to join a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zaventem.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute brilliant customer assistance and experience to end-users for technical and application problems.
• You will collect all information necessary that will support the root cause analysis to guarantee customer uptime.
• Contribute to constant improvement on the company's procedures and service delivery.
• Assume responsibility for guaranteeing a smooth customer experience.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions all while remaining compliant.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian though knowledge in French as well would be beneficial.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Analytical capabilities.
• Prior involvement in a customer service role.
• Able to adapt to a fast pace, enhancing and evolving setting.
• Works well independently.
• Capable of taking the initiative.
• A background in molecular biology and/or lab work would be beneficial.
