In Site Management, you will be required to manage and provide oversight to onsite management staff. To ensures an effective partnership with internal departments to meet the service expectation. Make sure department procedures are appropriately documented and followed

Job Responsibilites

Coordinate Site Management strategy and operations in partnership with US Site Management Leadership
Serves as a subject matter expert on Company systems to support the project team and sites.
Ensure procedures are established and followed by the site management team
Establish and monitor department metrics.
Attend investigator meetings, KOMs, project team meetings and teleconferences, as needed, representing site management team.
Ensure the team is responsible and accountable

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution and extensive clinical trial experience. Example: nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology
2 years experience working in clinical services environment. Some experience working with technical solutions for clinical trials,
Knowledge of IRB regulations
Strong understanding of the clinical trial process
