Setup Mechanic - Permanent - Onsite

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Setup Mechanic to join a cutting-edge pharmaceutical company. This is a permanent role located in Baltimore, MD.

Primary Responsibilities

The Setup Mechanic maintains and supports the operation of industrial equipment for pharmaceutical production at a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, parts management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Skills & Requirements:

3+ years of relevant work experience.
Aseptic experience is essential.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in math and metric system.
Familiarity with electronic Quality Management Systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
Ability to work in a deadline-focused environment.
Results-oriented and efficient.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Fluent in English with legible handwriting.
Ability to work with hazardous chemicals.
Ability to travel and perform physical tasks.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Use of PPE when necessary.

The Setup Mechanic will:

Follow cGMP regulations, SOPs, and batch records.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
Coordinate maintenance with vendors.
Identify and address compliance issues.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and other departments.
Complete documentation according to GMP.
Participate in meetings and safety procedures.
Complete assigned trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:00 pm - 12:00 am.
3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Benefits:

Overtime available.
15% increase in pay for 3rd shift.

Salary / Pay:

$45 per hour
