Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Territory Specialist NGS - DACH for a medical devices and technology establishment. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from home. The client is focused on developing treatments and vaccines as well as assist in protecting their neighbours on an international level in the future.
Responsibilities:
- To meet sales objectives, you will be in line with the field sales team, completing high quality sales opportunities in the focus country.
- Assist the broader team in the evolvement and distribution of content to clients, forming the plan at a sub-regional level.
- Collaborate with and train local territory account managers, field application scientists, technical sales specialists and district sales managers in order to assist the in accomplishing their sales goals.
- You will align yourself with the sales team and possess a dotted documenting line into the sub-regional guide.
- Read, comprehend and convey crucial discoveries from present scientific sequencing publications as well as necessary product knowledge to clients and the sales team.
- Display technical seminars on the company's sequencing applicates to clients and to the sales team to permit them to do the same to clients.
- When needed, you will support the workshops, conventions, seminar series and any other client-facing actions.
- Assist the sub-region rendering to local requirements such as focusing on one country in the sub-region and organising/training for any other of the countries or concentrating on the other regions equally.
- Amalgamate R&D, Marketing and Field Application Scientist knowledge to a consultative sales role.
- To bring crucial technical product knowledge to the area, you will communicate with the corporate product teams and field marketing team.
- Keep up to date and comprehend the competitive insights and the company's sequencing product line such as instruments, library preparations, informatics, etc.
- The ideal candidate will at least spend 40% of their time out in the area, or virtually in the case of travel restrictions to evolve client relations.
Skills & Requirements:
- A well-developed individual with tactical sales abilities.
- Experience with field applications as well as the ability to evolve and expand crucial accounts through interacting with all levels of the client organisation.
- Capable of evolving and upholding present knowledge of genomics and sequencing applications, as well as conversations with KOLs and any other shareholders.
- Presentation skills with the ability to engage at an account, district, or region level either on a 1:1 basis or with large audiences.
- Ability to take international approaches, localise them and adapt to specific clients or audiences.
- Know-how of NGS data analysis tactics.
- A self-motivated individual who is independent and enjoys a stimulating and active work setting.
- A yearning to win business and form long term client relations.
- Work well in a team environment with the ability to manage time and organisation.
