Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual. This role will focus on the progression and approval of unmanned aircraft systems, contributing significantly to Swiss security. The successful candidate will be part of a project team working on vast projects. Responsibilities:

Develop, specify, and verify embedded real-time applications (C, C++) for avionic systems according to DO-178C or research projects.
Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team, taking on tasks and responsibilities.
Co-design the software architecture.
Improve the airspace-simulation and test environment.
Further develop and improve the toolchain (Jenkins, Gitlab, Python, Container, etc.).
Plan your working day independently, efficiently, and flexibly together with the team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering or comparable education.
Programming experience in C, C++.
Experience with agile software development methods.
Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with a high level of perseverance and analytical ability.
Team player with a curious mindset.
Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Linux, Python, and Rust is desirable.
