Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Senior Recruiting Specialist/Talent Advisor with a global healthcare company. The organization boasts a staggering history in the field of diabetes care, along with other serious chronic diseases such as haemophilia, growth disorders, and obesity. This historic company is seeking an applicant for its office in New Jersey.
The Senior Recruiting Specialist/Talent Advisor will provide overall recruitment for the Commercial organization, requisition management, and client management. They will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to provide needed talent for the organization. They will partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners, and agencies to develop TA strategies aligned with position, skill, and long-term requirements of the business, resulting in the achievement of key objectives (e.g. time to fill metrics, quality of hire, manager satisfaction).
Job Responsibilities:
- Focusing on recruitment for the commercial business, or as otherwise assigned.
- Attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
- Pre-screening candidates, partnering with team members to develop sourcing strategies and providing talent for open positions.
- Managing open job requisitions, updating, and managing Kenexa Recruiter Brassring ATS, achieving recruiting metrics and reporting key accomplishments.
- Compiling and communicating the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.
- Ensuring compliance to state/federal employment laws, policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance, and reporting metrics.
- Facilitating candidate review meetings and capturing feedback to ensure overall compliance.
- Establishing a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.
Skills and Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least eight years of Human Resources experience, and at least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent
- Data management and metrics (e.g., trend analysis) experience
- Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions and directly confront issues
- Demonstrated ability to function in an environment of multiple changing priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Superb communication skills.
- Experience forecasting headcount needs/workforce planning
- Experience in advanced internet recruitment/sourcing
- Functional assessment experience/knowledge required
- Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal/state legislation.
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Commercial Recruiting experience is a plus.
- Experience in managing requisitions within Kenexa ATS (or similar)
- Capable of working independently, analysing, working with attention to detail, process and prioritise sensitive complex information, and solve problems.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
