Proclinical is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to oversee and enhance quality tasks within our organization. The successful candidates focus will be on managing CAPA and NC documentation, supporting audit processes, and maintaining quality databases. Collaboration with department managers and internal teams is crucial to ensure timely deliverables and process improvements.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Develop impact assessments, investigation reports, and risk files.
Create and present storylines for audit front rooms.
Defend work during audits confidently.
Manage team members' deliverables effectively.
Monitor ongoing departmental changes.
Assist department leaders with quality initiatives.
Collaborate with engineers, equipment owners, and external providers to ensure compliance.
Support manufacturing excellence by providing guidance.
Optimize technical processes and systems for improvement.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong ability to document and manage CAPA and NC investigations.
Experience in audit preparation and support.
Excellent communication skills for defending work in audits.
Proven track record in managing team deliverables.
Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
Knowledge of process optimization and improvement measures.
