Proclinical are working exclusively with a small Medical Device/ IVD company who are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead the cross functional delivery of their programs from 2024.
You will be part of a small PMO team and working directly with the Head of Project Management and leading your projects.

Open to being fully home based - or hybrid is near the office.
£75-85k depending on experience.
Looking for someone with demonsyrable experience in managing projects cross functionally/ matrix environment.
Ideally IVD experience but as a minimum experience within Medical Device/Pharma/Biotech.

The Role:

Working closely with the project teams and managing key stakeholders throughout the company to push completion of the project.
Organise and support cross functional teams to create infrastructure for each project and ensure delivery
Managing new product development projects.
Working with agreed PM process under QMS.
Facilitate after action reviews and learning process for project delivery.
Support projects across US and EU groups including corporate, commercial and operational projects.
