Proclinical is looking for an exceptional immunologist with a passion for driving and developing novel therapies for autoimmune diseases and inflammatory disorders using a delivery platform for novel RNA and DNA modalities. Job Responsibilities:

Develop novel cellular assays and build out model systems to test various platform modalities in autoimmune or inflammatory disorders
Independently design and execute in vitro and in vivo experiments for early stage programs
Oversee pre-clinical discovery studies both internally and externally with CROs
Interpret and analyze data and present findings to internal stakeholders and external collaborators
Contribute to building the immunology team and work collaboratively within the team and across the ecosystem
Manage and mentor research associates

Skills and Requirements:

Ph.D. in immunology or related discipline with 3 to 5 years post-doctoral experience and/or 2 to 4 years industry experience (title will be commensurate with experience)
Deep knowledge of T and B cell biology and mechanism of action of autoimmune diseases
Strong background in human and mouse immunology
Expertise in immune cell culture and standard immunology assays including but not limited to multicolor flow cytometry, ELISpot, cytokine profiling (MSD/Luminex/ELISA), ICS, microscopy
Self-starter, demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills, efficient time management and demonstrate high degree of flexibility
Prior experience managing reports directly as well as in a matrix environment
