Senior Functional Analyst

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting systems and customer experience initiatives. In this role, you will work on business process improvements, technical solution design, and Salesforce platform configuration to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer care functions. This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in supporting global growth and delivering impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions for Commercial IT functions, including customer care, product support, and commercial operations.
• Conduct business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering, user story creation, and process documentation.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements based on Salesforce best practices.
• Communicate project and enhancement statuses effectively with business users.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, coordinate testing activities, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Offer data expertise and consulting for commercial reporting and analytics.
• Create and maintain field reports and dashboards using Salesforce tools or other BI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver medium to large-scale projects.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in commercial or sales process improvement projects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce concepts, including standard objects, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Visual Flow, reporting, and security settings.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications are a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design process improvements and train users on new processes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
