Proclinical is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Controller to join our finance team. This role is integral to our decision-making process, providing key insights and analysis to guide our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial statements and interpret deviations to provide financial and performance analysis.
Participate in short and long-term budget planning for accurate forecasting.
Act as a business partner by providing data-driven advice to internal stakeholders.
Monitor departmental costs and prepare monthly reports for effective cost controlling.
Develop financial reports using Power BI to aid efficient decision making.

Requirements:

Degree in economics or a related field.
Proficiency in handling large amounts of data and conducting analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI.
Fluency in German and English.
