Senior FP&A Analyst

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Controller to join our finance team. This role is integral to our decision-making process, providing key insights and analysis to guide our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and interpret deviations to provide financial and performance analysis.
• Participate in short and long-term budget planning for accurate forecasting.
• Act as a business partner by providing data-driven advice to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor departmental costs and prepare monthly reports for effective cost controlling.
• Develop financial reports using Power BI to aid efficient decision making.

Requirements:

• Degree in economics or a related field.
• Proficiency in handling large amounts of data and conducting analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI.
• Fluency in German and English.
