Senior Clinical Research Associate - Single Sponsor

Proclinical is seeking a CRA to join a reputable organisation in a position based in Romania. The successful candidate will work within a large-scale, fast-paced environment alongside a close-knit team of highly qualified CRAs to recognise, select, launch and close investigational sites for clinical studies in phases I - IV, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and principles of ICH-GCP.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct a variety of different site visits. This is inclusive of selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., GCP and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution
• Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Qualifications:

• University degree in scientific discipline or health care
• At least 2.5 years of on-site monitoring experience
• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements
• Very good computer skills including MS Office
• Excellent command of Romanian and English language.
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
• Flexibility to travel
• Driver's license class B
