Proclinical is seeking a Senior Brand Manager who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing an effective brand strategy to drive the successful launches of new vaccines in Germany. This role involves fostering an environment of innovation, challenging the status quo, and seeking insights from the market to fully unleash business opportunities. The successful candidate will drive innovation to enhance competitive edge.
Responsibilities:
Develop a sound launch strategy in alignment with cross-functional team.
Recognize key opportunities and challenges in the evolving market landscape.
Develop an impactful tactical plan in line with key strategic priorities.
Challenge existing thinking and offer new innovative ideas in a collaborative manner.
Develop sales forecast, contribute to business reviews and long ranging plans.
Plan market research activities in line with strategic objectives.
Understand the market, customers' needs and competitors´ landscape.
Develop an impactful omni-channel marketing campaign to ensure a successful launch in Germany.
Oversee communication activities plan and execution across channels.
Lead a high performing cross functional brand team.
Ensure 100% compliance with ABPI code of practice, with all internal and external policies.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the life sciences industry.
- Strong track record of strategic and operation planning for Hospital lead products.
- Understanding of medical aspects of therapeutic area along with willingness to develop in-depth expertise.
- Knowledge of the local legal and regulatory landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with key customers.
- Professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications.
