Proclinical is seeking dedicated Clinical Research role to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, large-scale environment, collaborating with a team of highly qualified CRAs. Your focus will be on identifying, selecting, initiating, and closing-out investigational sites for clinical studies across various phases, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and principles of ICH-GCP.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to sites to carry out site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-outs.
- Support the development of a subject recruitment plan.
- Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
- Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution.
- Collaborate with experts at study sites and with client representatives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- University degree in a scientific discipline or health care.
- On-site monitoring experience.
- Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent command of Romanian and English language.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Willingness to travel.
- Driver's license class B.
