Proclinical is seeking a Scientist with a focus on Immunology and Cardiovascular/Metabolic Disease to join a dedicated team. This role will be responsible for designing, organising and managing externally run studies in collaboration with internal scientists, procurement and contract research organisations. The successful candidate's expertise will be crucial in advising on study design, defining scientific rationale and monitoring progress. This position requires a flexible schedule to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality analysis and presentation of study results.

Responsibilities:

Design, organise and manage externally run studies in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Advise on study design, define scientific rationale, set success metrics, and monitor progress.
Provide high-quality analysis of conducted studies and present results to project teams.
Maintain excellent interaction with vendors and oversee activities and capabilities of relevant CROs.
Work on a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

PhD degree in Life Sciences is a necessity (e.g., cellular/molecular biology, pharmacology, immunology).
Post-graduation industry experience within a pharmaceutical workplace or a clinical research organisation is a necessity.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with experience in analysing preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in data management and record-keeping.
Fluent in English.
