Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Scientist of Assay Development with a Gene Therapy Program located in Philadelphia, PA. Successful candidate will be responsible for performing molecular or cell-based assays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing molecular or cell-based assays.
- Conduct quality control assays to determine the quality, quantity, and potency of viral-based vectors.
- Document activities on batch record forms or in a database for QA review.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience with HTS, genome titer determination, infectivity, biodistribution, in vivo potency assays, endotoxin, purity assays and rcAAV, Mammalian Cell/Tissue Culture, qPCR, ddPCR, cell based potency assays, RNA expression, viral clearance, titration, ELISA, western blots and gels.
