Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative SAP Supply Chain Consultant. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a significant impact within the Life Science industry. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of the Supply Chain business process activities, including testing and implementation of a new supply & distribution model.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with testing related to the Supply Chain business process activities on SAP project integration.
- Conduct business analysis, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, business process design, and documentation.
- Plan and manage UAT execution for specific scope areas.
- Develop Test Scripts and link the business requirements to the Scripts.
- Serve as the point of contact for questions on HPALM execution and ALM.
- Handle issues related to defects management and follow up resolution.
- Execute cutover tasks as required and assist with determining timing of cutover activities.
- Author Training Materials/Work Instructions/Job Aids and conduct required trainings.
- Participate in various IT and department status meetings and working sessions.
- Work closely with the Direct Manager and workstreams to ensure alignment with the project milestones and delivery.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in Business Analysis within the Pharma supply chain.
- Experience in IT project coordination managing complex projects.
- Proficiency with SAP S4 HANA and different modules like MM, PP, ALM, SQL, reporting/Analytics, SD modules in Pharma Industry, SharePoint, MS office, Project management, Service Now.
- Experience in authoring business process and project management deliverables.
- Experience in developing business requirements, UAT development, cutover planning and ALM execution.
- Strong working relationships with key internal and external business partners.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people.
- Self-starter, placing a high value on accountability, customer service, teamwork and delivering results.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones as needed (U.S- Europe - Asia Pacific)
- Ability to translate concepts and strategy into meaningful communications.
- Strong attention to detail, well organised and takes initiative to bring solutions at every step.
