Proclinical is seeking a dedicated SAP Analyst to support the integration of global supply chain processes. This role focuses on testing and implementing new supply and distribution models, particularly in Europe. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution and addressing any issues that arise during the process.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Support testing related to supply chain business processes on SAP projects.
  • Author and link test scripts to business requirements.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for HPALM and test execution queries.
  • Maintain and manage an issue log, triaging and routing issues appropriately.
  • Execute cutover tasks and assist in timing determinations.
  • Address or forward issues during the Hypercare period.
  • Develop training materials, work instructions, and job aids.
  • Organize and participate in IT status meetings and working sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with the UAT Coordinator to align with project milestones.
  • Lead or participate in cutover activities before go-live.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong background in business analysis within the pharmaceutical supply chain.
  • Experience in IT project coordination, managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency with SAP S4 HANA, particularly in MM, PP, SD modules.
  • Expertise in planning and logistics processes.
  • Skilled in authoring business process deliverables and developing business requirements.
  • Experience with ERP system implementations.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Capable of working across multiple time zones.
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail.
