Proclinical is seeking a Procurement Delivery Manager to join a dynamic team on a 12-month contract. This role focuses on supporting procurement activities within Clinical Laboratories and R&D categories. You will play a key role in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance procurement processes and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform procurement strategies.
Drive cost optimization and operational sourcing activities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including category management, contracting, analytics, and business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into effective sourcing and spend-management activities.
Enhance the customer buying experience through improved procurement processes.
Provide subject-matter expertise for procurement-related projects.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Background in business or scientific disciplines (e.g., Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry).
Proven working history in procurement.
Proficiency with procurement systems and processes.
Strong skills in supplier management, contracting, negotiation, and cost optimization.
Knowledge of Clinical Laboratories commodity areas (e.g., Genomics, Bioanalytics, Flow Cytometry, Histopathology, Central Laboratories).
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry practices and R&D regulations (e.g., GCP).
Business-level proficiency in English.
