Proclinical are recruiting for a Sales Specialist Japan to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located either in Kanto or Kansai. The client is focused on aiding in making the world a healthier place.
Responsibilities:
- Guarantee enough visits to customers, respecting the goals set in the area.
- Form and uphold relationships to promote instrumentation and reagents saes, insuring customer relationships are optimised to accomplish sales targets and budget, while attaining the overview about the sales location in terms of comprehending the prospects, risks and competitions' actions.
- You will develop own sales skills and know-how of the products, services and customers by collaborating with senior sales management.
- The ideal candidate will engage with cross-divisional collaboration, directing to best possible and effective teamwork.
- Responsible for reporting on sales, activity and territory performance as necessary by organisation.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally capital equipment sales or working within a lab setting, and/or prior experience within life science sales.
- Educated to a degree level in a science/business connected discipline.
- Know-how of pharmaceutical, cell & gene therapies, regenerative medicine, IVD markets and competition comprehension.
- Fluency in the Japanese language with knowledge in English would be ideal.
