Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Sales Representative with a leading Medical Devices company. This organisation, which is a pioneer in the field of arthroscopy and has developed more than 1000 innovative products and surgical procedures, is seeking for the applicant to join their team in Singapore.

The Sales Representative will ensure the maximised revenue of growth of assigned company products and services. This will be done through effective management of existing and new customers, along with KOLs in assigned sales territory. Finally, the Sales Representative will provide technical and clinical support where needed to address customer issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering a plan to achieve objectives through sales and services across all accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Maintaining and building customer bases to achieve growth.
  • Negotiating and managing product pricing, including quotation and contract.
  • Making regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  • Assisting with stock checks, stock counts, and review records of the Instruments and implants consigned at the hospitals and/or clinics.
  • Promptly informing Finance & Operations of any discrepancies or whether the records are accurate.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending approprirate products to address them.
  • Building positive relationships that generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Following up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining sales forecasts and submitting them to management.
  • Preparing sales documents and reports as required.
  • Providing regular updates on sales, competitors, market, and industry trends to Country Manager.
  • Teaching and providing in-service to customers on current surgical techniques using Arthrex instruments, implants, and consumables.
  • Providing clinical support and guidance if required.
  • Adhering to compliance policy and guidelines.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the Arthrex product lines; updating, featuring, benefitting, and surgical techniques, etc.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree-education.
  • At least 3 years of related working experience.
  • Healthcare industry experienced is preferred.
  • Experience as a registered nurse is preferred.
  • A thorough understanding of anatomy, pathophysiology, conditions, and biomechanics that relates to company products.
  • Capable of working independently, analysing, working with attention to detail, process and prioritise sensitive complex information, and solve problems.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
