A Sales Coordination Specialist role has opened in Singapore at the large pharmaceutical company. This role will be responsible for providing support to sales team by doing required analysis around orders/ backlogs/ forecast, record management, contract creation and sign off, coordinating on business reviews

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes sales related data and provide timely inputs
  • SFDC review and helping with funnel review meetings being a master user
  • End to end coordination on all matters related to the sales organization - events, business review meetings
  • Coordinates and collaborates with multi-function stakeholders to understand customer invoicing, sales coordination, technical support so as to provide timely forecasts
  • Prepare sales reports on weekly basis
  • Be the single point of contact in the organization for sales, legal and CPTK process

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+years of experience working with the Sales organization by creating reports, analyzing data and maintaining records
  • Must have ability to work proactively and seamlessly with cross functional team
  • Must have in experience in SEAK region around sales operations and Sales Force is a must
