A Sales Coordination Specialist role has opened in Singapore at the large pharmaceutical company. This role will be responsible for providing support to sales team by doing required analysis around orders/ backlogs/ forecast, record management, contract creation and sign off, coordinating on business reviews

Job Responsibilities

Analyzes sales related data and provide timely inputs
SFDC review and helping with funnel review meetings being a master user
End to end coordination on all matters related to the sales organization - events, business review meetings
Coordinates and collaborates with multi-function stakeholders to understand customer invoicing, sales coordination, technical support so as to provide timely forecasts
Prepare sales reports on weekly basis
Be the single point of contact in the organization for sales, legal and CPTK process

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+years of experience working with the Sales organization by creating reports, analyzing data and maintaining records
Must have ability to work proactively and seamlessly with cross functional team
Must have in experience in SEAK region around sales operations and Sales Force is a must
